Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below. This policy covers our software products only; refunds for any tour, trip, or travel product you sell to your own travelers are governed entirely by your own refund and cancellation terms.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital products made through GHL Tourism Snapshot are final and non-refundable.
Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions for Billing Errors
Refunds are only available in cases of:
- Duplicate charges β you were billed twice for the same product.
- Incorrect charges β you were billed an incorrect amount.
If you believe you have experienced a billing error:
- Contact us at support@ghltourismsnapshot.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Our team will review your case.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
3. No Refunds for Usage or Dissatisfaction
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use or implement the digital product.
- Dissatisfaction with features after delivery.
